Responsibilities:
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- 1st and 2nd level support according to ITIL for ICT topics by either phone, remotely or through the ticketing system
- Providing technical support across the company and to external clients
- Create and maintain user instructions and internal knowledgebase
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT and Broadcast needs are met.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or minimum 3 years of experience as IT Service Desk Analyst or similar
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MAC OS, IOS, MDM, AD, Exchange server, Microsoft 365, Azure, TCP/IP, WiFi, VPN, etc
- Fluent in French/English (Luxemburgish or German is an asset)
- Strong communicator and problem-solver with a great sense of analysis
- Quality oriented
- Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated
- Willing to improve personal skills in new technologies.
